Returns & Exchanges

At Lotus Silver Jewellery, every piece is crafted with care and goes through strict quality checks before reaching you.

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It should be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Please note:

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange

  • Slight variations in finish, polish, or color are natural and not considered defects

After 7 Days – Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes decisions take time.

  • After 7 days, products may still be eligible for exchange at 75% of the original bill value - Life time.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used or worn jewellery

  • Damage due to handling, perfumes, or improper storage

  • Customised or made-to-order pieces

  • Minor color or design variations

Refunds

We maintain a no-refund policy to ensure product authenticity and quality standards.

However, in rare and exceptional cases:

  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the brand

Product Care & Natural Wear

  • All jewellery is crafted in 92.5 sterling silver with 22K gold polish

  • Natural oxidation or slight fading over time is normal and not considered a defect

  • Proper care (avoiding perfumes, moisture, etc.) helps maintain longevity

Important Note

  • Customers are requested to verify product details (design, size, etc.) before purchase

  • Once sold, items are subject to this policy

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

In case of:

  • Duplicate orders β†’ refund will be processed after verification

International Orders

  • Returns/exchanges for international orders are limited

  • Customers may need to arrange return shipping at their own cost

  • Any customs-related handling is beyond our control
