• Any warranty, if applicable, covers only the metal and stones, and does not apply to the polish or surface finish.

• Certain stones and finishes (such as polki or moissanite styles) may naturally vary and are not covered under polishing or warranty services.

Pricing & Charges

• Product prices include the cost of metal, craftsmanship, and making charges.

• Additional elements such as gemstones, design detailing, or special finishes may influence pricing.

• Applicable taxes will be charged as per regulations.

Product Selection & Verification

• We request customers to carefully review product details, size, and design before confirming their purchase.

• Once the product is delivered and accepted, it will be considered final under standard purchase conditions.

Exchange Policy

• Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition.

• The original invoice is mandatory for any exchange request.

• After 7 days, exchanges may be considered at 75% of the original bill value, subject to product condition and approval.

Refund Policy

• We follow a strict no-refund policy.

• However, in rare and exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the brand.

Usage & Care

• Changes in colour, polish, or finish over time are natural characteristics of silver jewellery and depend on usage and care.

• Such changes are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.

• To help maintain the beauty of your jewellery, repolishing services are available at our store at a nominal charge.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

• Customized or made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Natural Characteristics

• Silver jewellery may undergo natural oxidation, especially around joints or intricate areas.

• This is a natural process and does not impact the purity or quality of the product.

Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising from purchases will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.
